Upgrading a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-HX7V

A few years ago, I came to these very forums looking for a good point and shoot for low light indoor pictures such as concerts and other stage performances. I was ultimately directed to the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-HX7V. It has been a great camera for those purposes, but due to it's age and just general wear and tear, it's been showing some noticeable slow down. So I'm thinking about replacing it.
