I am seeking digital cam (never had before),size to fit in my handbag, budget about $300,

I prefer good quality, I take a lot of pictures all the time for every little thing.Size mostly 4x6

What cam will be good in this situation?

I think also about 360 cam, read about models here and samsung looks interesting
