Looking for a decent DSLR camera.

I am 14 years old and currently have a Somy H400 SLR bridge camera. It is very good but I'm not quite getting the quality I was after and I would like the feature of being able to chop and change lenses like DSLR's do. The camera has to be available in the UK as I'm English. The price is not a big concern for me but remember I'm still a kid and I'm not a millionaire.
