Please help me choose a Speedlight for my canon 1100D

I m akash from india, n I am looking to buy a new TTL flashgun for my canon 1100D. I am on a very tight budget, and I don't think I can spend more than 3500-4000 rs on a flashgun at the current moment.

Please suggest me some flashguns that are:

>Have Manual controls
