I never used Nikon creative 3.5 but have it somewhere. Is this or any other programs good for special effects on digital photos. Was looking for something to give a star effect on bright lights. Is Nikon creative worth installing? Thanks Ron Pulling my old Nikon D100 out of storage. Special effect programs?
