Camera for barrel racing?

I am looking for a camera for recording my barrel racing runs, I want it to have at least 1080P video but what other features should I look for? i have narrowed it down to 6 cameras that are in my price range but I need help picking the best one. Also is there such thing as subject tracing on a camera? Like as Im going around a barrel I want the camera is following my every move. Camera for barrel racing?
