Sony DSC-H1

I have a Sony DSC-H1 and would like to be able to take pictures this weekend at my mom's 80th B-day party. I would like all of the family to be in the picture at once. I have a tripod; however I am unsure as to how to setup the camera. I reviewed the manual but could not find a reference as to how to do this and I may have missed it since I am not totally sure what this is called or even if this camera has a timer to be able to do what I want? Any help would be appreciated. Sony DSC-H1
