Which is the best camera?!?!

Hello guys, I barely know anything about cameras. I have been researching which camera to get for a month now and it's driving me insane. I'm so lost. There are tons of cameras out there. So I thought I would post here and hope I could get good response!
I would like to shoot car videos on YouTube. So I will sort of be vlogging cars events and at other times I would be pointing at cars and showing atmosphere around me, car revs and accelerations.
My budget for the camera is around 450...
