Flip LCD Screen + View Finder + Decent Videos

Hey all. I am looking for a camera that has a LCD screen plus a view finder. I also want the LCD to be able to flip up or out it doesnt matter so I can see it from the front side of the camera. I am doing tons of review videos so I need to have a camera that has clear videos. I would "like" at least 1020p for the videos and close to 20mp pictures but nothing less then 16 mp. The hardest part is I am looking to stay under 200 dollars... Thank you
