Samsung PL150 not all pictures will transfer to pc

Hello folks,
my grandchildren have been using my camera and now I have 2 problems

1. 10 recent pictures will not transfer to my pc. There is no indication of a problem. The pictures are cherished and I have to be careful not to delete or lose them.
BTW the memory card was full after I had taken the last of these 10 pictures.

2. when taking pictures, the shutter is now so slow that often the subject has moved a little, causing blurring.
